Yoga + Golf :: Faults, Fixes & Strategy

This two hour workshop will start by taking you through a yoga fusion class that incorporates strength, balance, stability and mobility. 

Each workshop focuses on a different part of the game of golf: putting/course strategy and overcoming nerves are just a few.

We finish the workshop off with a Yin practice (the holding of postures for longer periods of time for optimum mobility).
