Join me for a class that fuses yoga, stretching, strength, resistance bands, cardio, and more! All levels are welcome, modifications will be made to meet everyone's ability, safety, and enjoyment. Whether you play tennis, golf, a runner, or someone that needs to get some exercise before work, this class is for you!

Yoga + Recovery ONLINE

We are all recovering or have recovered from something. We have survived anxiety, depression, stress, and grief. We are dealing with or have recovered from substance abuse, mental illness and trauma. We have survived chronic illness or major disease. We have risen back up from broken hearts, job loss, self-harm and divorce. We may be in the throws of the addiction to busy-ness, co-dependence, eating disorders or perfectionism. Regardless of the DIS-ease, regardless of the path of recovery you have chosen, all are welcome here. *This is a non-program specific gathering.


SOULFUeL is yoga + thoughtful internal inquiry. Join me for a unique combination of yin+restorative yoga and FUeL that will nourish your SOUL both on and off your mat.  This is an all levels class. Modifications will be made to meet your ability, safety and enjoyment.

I love Jen’s Yoga Fusion class because it is a great combination of Yoga poses and stretches that challenges you.  When I first started taking classes with Jen, I was skeptical because I really wasn’t a fan of “yoga”  due to the poses (mostly due to lack of knowledge and terms) and then that “Shavasana” at the end having to lie there being calm and in harmony with one self and not thinking about your “to do” list scared the heck out of me.  Well, now let’s just say I beg for Shavasana now. 

Jen is very conscious of her students abilities and give you modifications to adjust depending on how your body feels on that day.  I just love Jen and Yoga Fusion!
