Join me for a class that fuses yoga, stretching, strength, resistance bands, cardio, and more! All levels are welcome, modifications will be made to meet everyone's ability, safety, and enjoyment. Whether you play tennis, golf, run, or someone that needs to get some exercise before work, this class is for you!

Yoga for Recovery

We are all recovering or have recovered from something. We have survived anxiety, depression, stress, and grief. We are dealing with or have recovered from substance abuse, mental illness and trauma. We have survived chronic illness or major disease. We have risen back up from broken hearts, job loss, self-harm and divorce. We may be in the throws of the addiction to busy-ness, co-dependence, eating disorders or perfectionism.

Whatever it is, we have the ability to survive, recover and thrive.

Join Jen for a gentle yoga practice that includes a unique and powerful combination of asana + journaling.

SOULFUeL is yoga + thoughtful internal inquiry. Join me for a unique combination of gentle + yin yoga and FUeL that will nourish your SOUL both on and off your mat.  This is an all levels class.  Modifications will be made to meet your ability, safety and enjoyment.

Small Group & Private

Feel you like you would like some one on one time?  Is there a particular "something" that you want to work through?  Private sessions are a great way to make some breakthroughs not only in your practice but mentally and emotionally, as well.

Grab 2-10 friends to this unique small group yoga class, or bring yoga to your wedding day or other special event.  You schedule the time for your class and have it personally developed to meet the needs for your small group. Beginning Yoga students welcome.

Restorative Yoga

Restore. Relax. Renew.

Experience restful yoga for stressful times. This class is open to everyone, especially to those wanting to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. This form of yoga is done mostly lying down, in which you will completely relax into each pose. With the use of props, the postures will deeply restore the body, calm the mind and central nervous system, and allow your body to return to a natural relaxed state.


Yin Yoga

Connect. Open. Stretch.

Yin Yoga is an all-levels class. It is a gentle practice in which postures, mainly focused on the lower body, are passively held for several minutes. It is an opportunity to turn your focus inward and slowly open the body. By relaxing all muscular (Yang) effort, we allow the body’s own weight to gently stretch the underlying (Yin) connective tissues. As connective tissues are stretched, movement becomes easier and its full range becomes revealed. Yin Yoga facilitates the development of a strong inner, kinesthetic, sense of the body’s movement capacities and limitations. It also supports the body’s healing of injury, making it an effective physiotherapeutic practice.

On a recent vacation to the desert I was blessed enough to attend one of Jennifer Yockey's yoga fusion classes! I loved the intimate space of the studio and Jen's enthusiasm and humor throughout the class.  The simple FitStick and bands provided some wonderful strength training opportunities and she provided everything for us! I got a fabulous workout and couldn't believe I could get that kind of cardio barefoot! I wish that I could attend her classes regularly...what a lucky bunch to work with Jennifer on a regular basis! In addition, I am now a follower of Jennifer on Instagram and enjoy her SOULFUeL blog and her inspiration for the day...Jennifer is enlightened in mind, body and spirit and I am so grateful to know her!
